I'm Wesley Cable.

I didn't start in marketing. I spent nearly 30 years in finance and workers' compensation insurance claims. I understand how businesses operate: the numbers, the risk, the pressure to make every dollar count.

Marketing became my world by accident. I built a website for a podcast I was running and realized something that changed everything: just having a website doesn't mean anyone will find it. That's when I discovered SEO, and I was hooked.

From freelancing worldwide to helping businesses down the street.

I taught myself everything I could about search engines, content strategy, and what makes websites actually generate business. I started freelancing and took on SEO projects for companies all over the world. I got good at it. But something was missing.

I kept seeing the same thing with local businesses in my own backyard: they were either doing nothing online, getting ripped off by agencies that overpromised and disappeared, or spending money on marketing they couldn't prove was working. These weren't bad business owners. They were great at what they do (plumbing, landscaping, auto glass, pest control), but they just didn't know how to make the internet work for them. And nobody was being honest with them about it.

That's when I decided to stop working with businesses all over the world and start helping the ones in my community. The ones I can sit across the table from. The ones where I can actually see the impact.

Three brands became one.

Along the way I built Sacramento SEO Pros, CreativityNext SEO Solutions, and Cable & Co. Legal Marketing. Three brands, three markets, three sets of clients. I learned a lot, but I also learned that splitting my focus meant none of them got my best.

PipelineOS is where everything comes together. All the SEO knowledge, all the marketing systems, all the lessons from working with businesses across different industries, consolidated into one system built to do two things: get you leads and make sure those leads turn into money. That's it.

What drives me.

I never stop learning.

I spend hours every week studying what's working right now, not what worked two years ago. SEO changes. Ads change. AI is changing everything. I'm passionate about staying on the cutting edge so my clients don't have to. When something shifts, I shift with it.

I believe in AI.

AI isn't coming, it's here. It's changing how people search, how they find businesses, and how they make decisions. I'm building it into everything I do because the businesses that adapt now are the ones that win later.

I believe in education first.

I don't just do your marketing, I explain it. Why we're doing what we're doing, how it benefits your business, and what to expect. You should understand where your money goes. If your marketing person can't explain it in plain English, that's a problem.

I believe in honesty over sales.

If I can't help you, I'll tell you. If something is going to take six months, I'll say that upfront. I'd rather lose a deal being honest than win one by making promises I can't keep. That's how I'd want to be treated, and it's how I treat every client.

I'd rather help you for free than sell you something you don't need.

Not every business is ready for professional marketing. Some need to build revenue first. Some can do it themselves if someone just shows them how. I'll always give you honest advice, whether you become a client or not. That's how I'd want to be treated.

I chose to stay small on purpose.

Technology has made it possible for a small agency like mine to deliver at a level that used to require a full team. I want to be the face of the business and the person you talk to when you need something. You're not getting an account manager. You're getting the owner.

When I'm not deep in analytics or testing the latest AI tools, I'm making wine, spending time with my wife and three kids, and still trying to figure out what Citrus Heights kids do when they grow up.
