The situation:

Stuteville Landscaping had a website through Houzz that wasn't doing anything for them. No Google Analytics. No Search Console. No idea how their site was performing, because nobody ever set it up. They were running Google Local Service Ads but had never seen their own data broken down.

What we did:

We rebuilt their website from scratch in Astro: fast, modern, and SEO-optimized from day one. We installed Google Analytics and Search Console for the first time so they could finally see what's happening. Then we analyzed 9 months of their LSA data (179 leads) and showed them what nobody else had: nearly half their leads (46%) were junk that Google shouldn't have charged them for. We adjusted their LSA targeting to focus on the right zip codes and job types, and we're now building a Google Search campaign to supplement LSAs while they build up their review count.

Pointer Pest Control had a WordPress site that was getting hacked. Their hosting provider flagged malicious code and threatened to suspend the site within 3 days. The site ran on 28 plugins, several with expired licenses that couldn't be updated, leaving security holes wide open. They had no SEO strategy, no analytics, and no way to track which marketing was bringing in customers.

What we did:

We built an entirely new 89-page website in Astro: 10 service pages covering every pest type they handle, 16 city hub pages across Placer and Sacramento counties, and 58 geo-specific service pages targeting the exact searches their customers make. We set up Google Analytics and Search Console, built a full CRM pipeline to track every lead from first contact to booked job, and created a system that shows exactly where every customer comes from.
