Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-04-15
PipelineOS LLC (“PipelineOS,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at https://localbusinesspipeline.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about visitors to our website, and describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with our website:
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address, device identifiers, and cookie IDs.
- Commercial information: details of services you inquire about or purchase.
- Internet activity: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, clicks, and similar browsing activity.
- Geolocation data: general location inferred from IP address (city / region level).
- Inferences: profile data drawn from the information above (e.g. likely service interest).
2. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you submit a contact form, request a quote, call us, or email us.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, and analytics scripts — but only after you grant consent through the cookie banner on this site (see section 5).
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on work you book with us.
- To measure the performance of our website and marketing, subject to your consent.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Third parties we share information with
We share personal information with the following service providers, each of which is contractually limited to using the information to deliver their service to us:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — website traffic and behavior measurement. Operates in Consent Mode v2 on this site and does not load until you opt in. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Ads (Google LLC) — conversion measurement and audience remarketing. Loaded only after consent. Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — session recording and heatmap analytics to improve site usability. Loaded only after consent. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- GoHighLevel / HighLevel, Inc. — customer relationship management and form submission handling. Receives information you submit through forms on this site. HighLevel Privacy Policy.
- Call tracking provider — phone numbers on this site may be tracking numbers that record call metadata (caller number, duration; call recording may be enabled). Calls are used for service quality and marketing attribution.
- Chat widget provider — messages sent through the on-site chat are processed by our chat vendor to route and respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may qualify as “sharing” under CPRA; you can opt out below.
5. Cookies and consent
This site uses a consent banner to obtain your permission before any analytics, advertising, or session replay tools load. Until you click “Accept,” Google Consent Mode v2 blocks those tools from storing identifiers on your device. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically — no banner is shown and no tracking loads.
You can change your choice at any time by opening the cookie preferences:
6. Your rights under California law (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the rights above.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at wesley@localbusinesspipeline.com or call (916) 251-1321. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the 45-day window required by law.
7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents can opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. To opt out, click “Reject” in the cookie banner, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email wesley@localbusinesspipeline.com.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s default retention (Google Analytics 4: 14 months).
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at wesley@localbusinesspipeline.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “effective date” above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
